To keep the scheduling process smooth and snazzy, my cancellation policy is as follows: A 50% fee will be applied for no-call, no-show appointments that happen within 48 hours of your slot! This is all about respecting fellow clients, I understand things happen, If you need to cancel or shift your appointment, just give me a shout at least 48 hours ahead to dodge that fee!
